Before you turn a new leaf.
Does Juniper need an internet connection?
Yes. Juniper requires an internet connection to access your workspace and sync orders. It is not an offline point-of-sale system.
Is hardware included?
No. Plans cover software only. Your cafe supplies its own devices, such as a tablet, computer or printer, and its internet connection.
How do I accept digital payments?
Each cafe must set up its own Midtrans merchant account and enter its own credentials. Digital payment activation depends on that merchant setup. Midtrans transaction fees are separate. Cash payments work without Midtrans credentials.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Choose Starter at Rp149,000 for 1 branch or Growth at Rp399,000 for up to 5 branches. Payment is upfront for 30 days, not automatically recurring billing.
How do loyalty points work?
The rules are fixed: 1 point per Rp1,000. Redeem 100 points for Rp10,000 off, only when the subtotal is above Rp10,000. These rules are not configurable.
Does inventory automatically deduct recipe ingredients?
No. Inventory is recorded and updated manually. Juniper does not automatically deduct ingredients based on recipes.
